Gålö, Haninge

During the Second World War, about 20 seals were trained to help the Navy to track out foreign submarines and mines. This site was chosen, as it was secluded while easily accessible. Valdemar Fellenius, moved in with his family, a number of conscripts. In total, eight to eleven people who worked in total secrecy during 4 years.


Come and overnight in the historical buildings, enjoy the site and its breathtaking nature surroundings.

Sleep over in one of our lodge, Säl-Pelle, Palmen or Fellenius.


·    Take some time to meet with others in the common areas, ”Mässen”- our dining and kitchen area, or around the historical pool for the seals.

·    In the new built service house  ”Mysingen” you will relax with a sauna and view over the fjord.

·    Relax and sun bath on the inviting deck

·    You can also enjoy our package with lodge + evenings meal + breakfast + sheets and towel

Directions

By train and bus från city, buses are staying at our parking. (about 1h15mn trip)

By car, free parkering by the main road.

From the parkering, walk about 300 m, first on a gravel road and then on a hilly wide path in the woods leading to the station.
