Söderarm in the outer archipelago is an absolute unique experience!

During summer you can rent the lighthouse keepers cottages. All three houses are equiped with kitchen, WC and shower, a unique self catering accomodation.

Cottages for rent for the period July - first week of August:

Cottage Kuling:
5 rooms and kitchen, fully modern, shower and toilet. 4 bedrooms with 2 twin rooms and two single rooms, one of which can be twin
Price: 1 night 4200 SEK. 3 nights  8400 SEK. Week 14 700 SEK.

Cottage Luckan 1:
5 bedrooms with 4 single-bed rooms and 1 twin bedroom, kitchen, shower and toilet. Price: 1 night 3200 kr. 3 nights 6900 SEK. Week 10 500 SEK.

Cottage Dyningen:
Small house with a room with sofa bed (two beds) and dining table, kitchenette and shower / toilet. Price: 1 night SEK 1700 SEK, 3 nights 3300 SEK / day. Week 5400 SEK.


The rent includes the use of our gym, rowing boat and two kayaks.
Sauna and / or hot tub can be rented. Payment in Cash or to our bank account (it is not possible to pay by card at Söderarm).

How to get to Söderarm? Take Taxi Boat from Räfsnäs jetty, go by your own boat or by the boat line service that runs on Wednesdays and Thursdays in July 2016. The boatline departs from Kapellskär, the departure time is connected with Waxholmsbolaget ferries Sjögull/Sjöbris from Strömkajen in Stockholm. Read more on www.roslagen.se
