Whole day sailing, Dalarö

During a whole day sailing with one or two of our fine 35-40 footers we’ll sail from Dalarö out to the edge of the archipelago if weather permits. We’ll anchor in a bay and eat lunch, and you’ll get the chance to take a dip or go out rowing in the dinghy. You’ll quite simply be able to get a feel for what it’s like to go out on a yacht and enjoy both sailing, nature and wildlife in what is, as far as I’m concerned, the most beautiful archipelago there is. This trip is perfect if you want to learn a bit more about sailing but also want to have some time to just chill out.

The trip will be adjusted according to the weather conditions, wind speed, and guests’ previous experience. We can promise you an unforgettable experience, whether the weather makes it a slow, calm sailing or a lively sprint over choppy seas with verve and spirit.

A warm welcome on board from Birgitta Silfverhielm – owner, skipper and instructor.

About our boats

Both the Linjett 35, Arcona 36 andf Beneteau Oceanis 40 are top brand yachts of a very high standard. These are boats that are seen as really good vessels that give seasoned sailors a run for their money. The yachts are also easy to learn to sail so even complete beginners can have a go, making sailing with us an activity suitable for everyone.

The maximum number we can have on board during a day outing is seven on the 35-36-footers and ten on the 40-footer. When we do longer trips you’ll sleep on board in double or single bunks. On the Linjett there are two separate cabins with a double berth and a saloon with two comfortable full length berths. On the Beneteau Oceanis 40  there are three separate cabins with double berths.

With public transport: take the commuter train from Stockholm Central towards Nynäshamn to Handen. Then take the 839 bus to Dalarö/Smådalarö. The journey takes about 1 hour 10 minutes.
From the Dalarö Torg stop, cross the square with ICA behind you. At the other end of the square you’ll see Linnévägen. Follow that road to its end and carry straight on a footpath that ends in steps down to a large car park/marina. Follow the road along the canal on the left till you come to the harbour. Our boats are moored on the stone pier furthest out. It takes around 5-7 minutes to walk from the bus stop.
If you’re arriving by car drive from Stockholm along route 73 towards Nynäshamn. Exit onto route 227 to Dalarö after around 20 km, and carry on to the T Junction after the bridge over the canal. Turn right towards Dalarö and then immediately right again into Askfatsvägen which leads to Askfatshamnen harbour. There’s a large car park. Walk along the canal to the harbour and the pier where you’ll find our boats.
