Sickla - above and below the ground
Sickla is more than just a shopping centre. It is a significant site of industrial history. It was here and in other places in Sweden that the modern and industrial society grew up from the end of the 1800s to the second half of the twentieth century. And now, finally, you can take a guided tour through Sickla. It is a unique experience that winds up deep below ground in the Atlas Copco mine. But watch out! Only a limited number of places are available. Book your ticket today, and get ready to go underground.
Sickla – above and below ground is a working relationship involving Atlas Copco, Atrium Ljungberg, the Municipality of Nacka and Stockholm County Museum. The 90-minute tour allows you to experience how the industrial revolution arose, developed and changed Sickla. It is a fascinating story which, from a narrow perspective, relates a broader history of Sweden.
From 13 years. Book your ticket today!
