Whether you are visiting us for a snack on the summer terrace or a six course tasting menu in our chamber separée, quality in ingredients, preparation and service is our top priority. We use only the finest ingredients and our menu changes with the seasons. Close relationships with local producers give us the possibility to showcase exquisite Upplandia delicacies from farms in the area. Gimo Herrgård is a proud member of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

Our wine cellar features the works of masters from both the old and the new world – from a 25 year old Chateau Haut-Brion to Australia’s Penfold’s Grange.
